Ok folks been a long time....9 months and one kid later i am back on the wagon....My hardest semester at school is over and a promotion has made my work load a little easier to handle....While my wife was pregnant the diet in the house went out the window adn so did my figure that was getting better....Man that sounded girlish...lol
Anyway here it is....I'm 6'3 and last I weighed 285. I have always had big triceps from college ball and huge quads, also w/ those is some fairly large...hmm what are the called....the muscle that makes it look like you got no neck because it goes from your neck to your shoulder....anyway that is my body type. My gut has gotten way out of control and so have the love handles.
I want to just get to looking better, i used to worry bout weight but i love lifting weights so much that that is rediculous. I hate to run like most but before i fell of the wagon a mile run was pretty easy.
I have spent the last 2 hrs reading posts and have so many diffeent ways to go and so many questions to ask. Lets start simple....
1. Bst way to accomplish my goal of overall is what? to count calories, fat, or to go on something like Adkins.
2. Next where do i start up again for weight traing. I have no idea where my maxes are anymore and i am sure they have decreased. I dont have a partner anymore and i cant get my wife to go w/ me. (She's a swimmer not a lifter or runner)
