So, I don't fancy writing down 'my story' so to speak (at this present time anyway) but it's hit me that I now appear to be at a time in my life when I feel that to move on with everything, I really need to lose weight. It's holding me back in many different ways and although I've always appeared happy with myself, the reality is I'm not and I know the only way I can be is to lose weight.

Yesterday was a good day, I didn't really think about food that much, mainly because I went shopping in the morning and then worked from 3pm-11pm so I didn't really have the opportunity to think about it and the food that I did eat was necessary to 'keep me going' (I eat when I'm bored, I know I associate food with far too many emotions and am now trying to re-educated myself with the whole 'food is your body's fuel, and that's it' kinda thing.) One of the girls at work also said 'You look well skinny today' which was a nice boost.
I'll post some more later, I've haven't really talked about how I feel about my weight/image since I was in my early teens (I'm now 19) and it's quite theraputic.

breakfast: 1 piece of seeded toast w/ reduced fat peanut butter
lunch: baked potato w/ chilli & salad.
tea: bowl of minestrone soup, 1 piece of seeded toast, bowl of fruit salad n activia yogurt.
snacks: tiny square of galaxy chocolate.
