Back Muscle Help plz

throughout high school i was always selfconscious and i always hated the thought that people were looking at me even though they arnt
but its not a physiclogical probelm i need help with. my problem is my body

through highschool i always kept my head down, and i always slouched, and i believe due to this, my supportive muscles for my body did not develope in ration with my actual body

so now i find it really hard to sit up straight instead of shrimp like, and i find it hard to hold my head up like normal..

what excercise can i do without equipment at home which i can build these supportive muscles?
 
Plank exercises, crunches, push-ups, pull-ups, handstand push-ups, handstand holding, leg lifts, v-ups, back-ups, squats, hindu squats, back bridges, pistols...As well as any number of variations per exercise.
