Back In Business

ok its been a long time since I worked out becouse my first love broke up with me....agian anyway I'm over it I'm not crying anymore I even have a new Girlfriend her names Jessica.plus In my oppinion I have also gianed a sudden boost in matureity.I am now aware that I proly won't run into my true love anytime soon but you never know till you battle your way through your (none true loves)so I'm just gunna sit back and enjoyed the Crazy ride of what us teens call High school:p,

the reason why I gave up wieght training for awhile was becouse I don't see how one can workout while being heart broken its just not possible for me.
anyway Its about time I get back to Business:D

so I'm gunna need to Full Body(just dumbell workouts)

P.S. please if you know your a Newb like me please don't bother trying to post a FBW dumbell workout for me becouse chances are I won't trust you becouse,heck I'm a newb and I don't even trust myself with this stuff.

I would start with bodyweight exercises. Get good at squats, pushups, pullups, bear crawls, mountain climbers and then worry about the weights.
 
well I'm alredy a bit good at Cardio/arobics.so there is no problem there.
I can do about 2 sets of 50 reps with push-ups,when I switch to diamond push-ups I can do about 2 sets of 30 reps.lets just say I'm really good at push-ups becouse it used to be a way of punishing kids at my Tea Qoun do class when I was a little kid.as a kid I got into trouble for talking alot in that class so now I'm really good at doing push-ups.with running I can run for about 8 minits at most while keeping a stedy heart rate.Chin-ups I can do 2 sets of 20 reps.Pull ups? I can do the same sets and reps as chin-ups.oh yeah and I can walk on my hands for a minute at most if that counts for anything.I am a 15 year old, skinny male with a high metabolism,my wieght is 123Lbs and I'm about 5 FT 5 Inches.my goal is to get stronger and healthyer.
I also want to achieve a six pack.I want to get strong to proctect and defend myself,my family,my friends,and my Girlfriend agianst anyone willing to harm us in any physical way.I want girls to look at me and think theres a guy who can protect me.those are my goals.I have but one foolish goal but I refuse to tell,becouse I'm scared to tell well lets just say He's harrased my Family for a looong time and still is and I plan to get revenge on him.
 
Highly off the point but maybe a good tip for the future. Working out boosts your endorphins (sp) and makes you feel better. So if you are heart broken it is a great way to get your mind off things and forget. And i say this from experience
 
thx I'll try that if Jessica breaks up with me.so do you guys have any FBW(just Dumbell) I could use I've been useing the same one for about 9 months.I need a newe one
