so I had originally started back in 07 at 400lbs

got down and stayed under 300 with the lowest at one time of 230 but went back up and finally got down and am staying down. almost at my goal of 199... 21 lbs away and i will get there by august!

next update will be at under 200lbs, making me half of what i used to be!

fyi all thru hard work, diet, and exercise- no surgeries here!

getting closer at 210 now.. a vacation for my bday slowed it down for a bit haha

but i did end up getting a half sleeve tattoo done!

I will show all and shirtless before (400lb) and after 199 pics hopefully next month
 
didn't crack under 200 last year but maintained. right around 220 now and re-motivated to hit under 200 by this august
