hi, ive noticed lower back pain which goes down to my legs and wierd feeling in my neck, and the weird thing is yesterday i didnt do anything execept some sit ups , some obliques exercises and 30 mins boxing.
should i keep lifting weights, cause if i tell my parents i want to go see a doctor due to these pain they wont let me lift weights again
they are over protective
