So good!...lighter... taller... healthier...
Great news! Feels good doesn't it. Keep at this and your steps will all get lighter, I know mine are.I felt a lot lighter in my step today and taller!!!
It makes me happy to see you feeling happy. One of the benefits of the forum!
You are right to be posting and expressing those cravings. Its was Amy calls writing not biting. Don't eat and it will pass, you can do this, you are doing it!While I’m typing this I am SO SO SO hungry. I ate enough cals today. I am not going to eat anything though as this week I went over my cals for a few days but I ate good enough.
Go with the feeling, its probably more accurate. I've lost over 100 lbs now and when I look in the mirror I often see fat. I think its human nature to see the worst when we look in the mirror. I am sure you look a lot better than you think you do.Felt super slim today, so I said I’d check myself out from side view in the mirror! I looked way more bloated than I felt. I actually feel a lot lighter the last 2 days.
I think any progress is brilliant, and you are making progress! But I'd use the word great or something, never have picked up on the "brilliant" thing. You guys might think that’s not anything brilliant
I can't tell you how many times I've said that to myself, usually without the lol. I doubt we are the only ones here, you are in the company of folks who understand. I was fatter than you when I got started. You are finding the fix, good for you!No wonder I’m so fat lol.
Good job! Getting out of that rut makes such a difference. New habits indeed!Positives : this week I didn’t go over 3000 or 4000 cals. You guys might think that’s not anything brilliant, but since September 2019 I’ve eaten at least 4 days of the week like that.
Ha! I know that one too, only there's nothing wee about my obsession.I had a wee obsession with the scales
You should be, chuffed is the word. Petal had to teach me what it meant a few months back, its not a word we use. However it is a good one, and chuffed you should be.Am feeling so chuffed with myself
so now I plan for a few calories before bed, an orange or an apple or something. That seems to help me.
Kate there is nothing like a scale obsession so well done for trying to stop it .
you are having a great week and I’m chuffed for you too![]()
!! indeed!!I’m down 3.75 pounds. I’m now 18’ 4!!
