Well I thought it was about time to give this healthy living another go, I did had a diary going a year or so back but I have decided to start a fresh one as that old one is , well old
, and I am at a new begining.
So since I gave in over a year ago I have gained over 50 pounds due to to much
and I am at over 440 pounds now
, not sure exactly as the scales I have only go upto 440 pounds, so that is me first goal to get on them.
I have decided not to go back on Xenical orlistat, that I was on before and this time I am going it alone, with eating alot of veg, chicken, brown rice, brown bread for me sanies. And cutting out the beer, or right down to once a month or so.
As for the exercise, well the exercise bike as come back out to play
, I want to get below the 400 mark then I am going to get a mountain bike.
Went on the exercise bike today and yeasterday, yesterday I did, 5.67 km in 16.09 mins on level 4, today I did 6.63km in 18.29 mins.
Food wise I am not going to wright a set list out for the week but it will consist of some thing like a sarnie when I get up.
Then me main meal I will have chicken and veg , no spuds about 4 times a week , on the other days I will make a curry and have brown rice, another day maybe a jacket spud with tuna and beans, another day spag bol , another fish.
Then later on a boul of Alpin, shredded wheat, or shreddes.
Then if I am still hungry later on ill have a yougart or fruit.
So I'm back to give it another go, hopefully for a longer time than before.
Oh yes one thing I remember, Don't forget to drink your water.
