Back After 1 year...how am i doing

Well i was here last year telling my sad story about names in school. Ha well all that changed. Now I was wondering if im doing everthing right:


7:00am- Eating nothing because of school
11:45am- 1 chicken patty with milk and ketchup
3pm- I lift intensely: bench leg + arm (arm= 100lb, leg= 400-500lbs on decline). I do everything i can in my schools gym Then I run atleast 1 mile on the treadmill (10-11mins). walk home
4:30pm- usally rest or eat cearel.
5:30 to 10pm- eat 2 more small meals, usally very bad because lack of good food.

Im 14yrs old. 5'11" and 133lbs. Im not skinny but i lift alot please id like to eat better because i feel most of my workout is okay. Any help on food choice?

He may kick the shyt outta town but i have almost no clue what he is talking about. Id just like to get a good meal plan down but he keeps useing huge and i mean huge words. He seems like no help to me because my vocabulary comes no where close to his...
 
Why skip breakfast I find it an important meal of the day. If I don't have it, I find I don't have as much energy.
 
breakfast is the most important meal of the day.. by skipping breakfast you can actually get fatter.. no joke
