I'm grown and my mom STILL doesn't understand me... she just doesn't get the "internet life" or "geeky" lifestyle that I have.
Have you tried a fruit smoothie to start your morning? Something like a half a banana, chopped apple, peaches are in season now, maybe some strawberries and lots of ice. I don't add any sweetener because I think the fruit sweetens it enough. It's easy to get down in the morning and tastes great. If you're going to workout in the morning, you should probably put something in your stomach first, otherwise you might wear out faster.
