I didn't make it to the gym :)

Made breakfast for myself and kids and got to work as I have to be in court later today. Haircut and workout this aft, hopefully.
 
Busy weekend!

Didn't eat as well as I would like. Didn't get to the gym on Saturday or Sunday BUT ... I spent a lot of time my kids!!! They're at an awesome age. Already missing them ...

Oh, also got to the gym this a.m. and had a shake for breakfast. So, we're back on track, baby!

Leave for Whistler on Wednesday night.
 
Alrightee, worked out in the morning yesterday. Ate very well coming in at 1,800 calories. Went for a lovely late evening walk down to the beach - so beautiful when it does not RAIN!

Have a lot of work to do but I should sneak in a workout after work tonight. Oh, and the other family we were slated to live with up in Whistler cannot make it. So, the chances of me sticking to my diet have increased ten fold! Yay!
 
I imagine you'll do more than a bit of down hill skiing while your at Whistler. Even down hill can be one helluva workout, especially if you like moguls. Do you do any snow shoeing or cross country skiing while there as well?

:) I always feel a bit guilty when I´m happy about people bailing on me, but... Yay indeed!
