Snack: Frutabela bar (139.2 cal)
Lunch: Chicken sticks, seasoned 154g (177.1 cal), lentil with tomato and onion (120.7 cal), 20g arugula with 14g parmesan (65.3 cal), potato 50g (29 cal)
Snack: Frutabela bar (139.2 cal)
No supper really, I just had another snack before a concert: cashews (442.4 cal) I needed the energy!
Water: 2l Yay!
Calories consumed: 1341 calories
Exercise: 2 hours in the gym + a punk concert

Trust me, you burn a lot of calories there.
