Awww Rainbow :) Yep, I love the name Azara too (obviously). :p I started using it when I've become a gamer...means I've been using it most of my life hehe, since I was like 6?

Anyyyywaaaay my menu for today, (finally back on track):

DAY 7
16th of June 2011

Breakfast: 100ml of Milk (46 cal), 50g of oatmeal (183 cal)

Snack: Frutabela bar (139.2 cal)

Lunch: Chicken sticks, seasoned 154g (177.1 cal), lentil with tomato and onion (120.7 cal), 20g arugula with 14g parmesan (65.3 cal), potato 50g (29 cal)

Snack: Frutabela bar (139.2 cal)

No supper really, I just had another snack before a concert: cashews (442.4 cal) I needed the energy! :)

Water: 2l Yay!

Calories consumed: 1341 calories

Exercise: 2 hours in the gym + a punk concert :) Trust me, you burn a lot of calories there.

And speaking of concerts ALL YOU FLOGGING MOLLY FANS OUT THERE, BE JELAOUS BECAUSE I'VE SEEN THEM TONIGHT FOR THE SECOND TIME ALREADY AND IT WAS GODDAM FREAKING AWESOME. Peace out-

Grats on your goal!! And for real, you need to make a cookbook. Call it "Azara's Awesome Food Stuffs" imo. Everything you eat sounds so yummy!
 
So it's a bit of a late morning for me, I needed the sleep after the crazy 2h concert yesterday, jumping up and down almost the whole event. And last year after the same concert, when I woke up I felt like a tank had driven over me. But this year...this year I feel okay, a bit tired, but no muscle aches, etc. And you know why? Because I'm exercising! THANK YOU GYM! :D I FEEL GOOD! /dances around
I'm so pleased that I can see the results everywhere! Oh yeah baby!

Anyway I'm off to make some breakfast and do some studying! See ya lovelies!

Anyway, I'm not writting my food down tonight, as I'm simply too tired. I've already writen down everything in Cronometer...I need sleep :p
I was good, I kept well under the limit, now I'm off to bed! Tomorrow I'm going to the gym early in the morning so see ya all!
