basically i cant work out till thursday and should have been on monday and wednesday, but my question is should i keep my diet the same,(given that i'm bulking at the moment), will it all just turn to fat?
you wont get signifficantly fat over that time. Its importaint that you keep eating good, spechally protein, so no muscle is lost. not that you would loose alot of muscle in that short ammount of time anyways.
