Hi there,

So last time I was here my attempt floundered. I am back again because I have to be back. It's kind of a challenge to myself. My boyfriend and I realized that we've probably been spending too much time together, and reinforcing our laziness. So I want to start doing things for myself again and working out is one of them. Also, of course, I am planning on changing my eating habits.

I want running to be a huge part of my weight loss. Nothing makes me feel better. It's my favorite way to work out and I have to start doing it again. I have to start doing anything though...as I am extremely out of shape. I find that I move around for a few minutes and become out of breath.

The college lifestyle makes it easy to pack on the pounds...but I know that I just have to rise above it. I took my measurements and want to retake them after a month of working out, and every month from there on. Hopefully it will be a big transformation!

Woo so today I've been pretty good with eating.

I had..

Turkey sandwich on whole grain bread = 230 Calories
Some teriyaki chicken strips = 375 Calories
Rice Chips = 100 Calories
Apple= 80 Calories
A lattke with some cottage cheese = 100 Calories
A few whole grain cereal bites = 100 Calories

Total: 985 Calories

I know that that is really low, but I was pretty busy today. And I'm not hungry at all. I am planning on keeping it in the 1300 or so range. Also my water intake must go up up up and my diet soda intake must go down down down.
