This challenge runs from Aug 1st till August 31.
Just post when u want to weigh-in, your starting weight and goal weight.
Of course u can post as often as you like.
 
SW: 152.6 lbs
1GW: 149 lbs
2GW: 145 lbs
3GW: 142 lbs

Official weigh-ins are on Mondays.

1GW: 94.2 kg (August 8)
2GW: 93.4 kg (August 15)
3GW: 92.6 kg (August 22)
4GW: 91.8 kg (August 29)

Like vicincali2, my official weigh-ins are on Mondays. As you can see, I strive for a weight-loss rate of 0.8 kg per week, which to me is the sweet spot between pushing myself hard enough to make maximum progress and not pushing myself so hard that other areas of my life suffer/that it's not sustainable.
 
starting weight- 291.9 lbs

goal weight- 285 lbs

I've significantly reduced my intake of carbohydrates and have been exercising more. So I'm hoping I can make this by the 31st.

This past week was tough since I prepared and attended a baby shower. This week I am going to try and stick to my diet.
