Its the start of a new month so many of us will want to set ourselves a target to lose weight or maintain over the next month.

Feel free to join me here.

Copy the scoresheet and state your aim.
You may want to lose a set amount of weight eg 1 pound or 2 pounds a week
You may want to lose for instance 1% of your weight at the start of the month
You may have made it to your goal weight and have your eye on Maintaining for instance within 3 pounds of your goal weight.
You may even have an alternate weight problem and have weight to gain.

We all have our own targets

My primary goal is maintenance, secondary I'd like that maintenance to be somewhere in the 150s.

Total Loss - nothing, which has been my objective. So I am happy about it, but some how it just isn't as exciting as being in the losing phase. I am just bouncing around, but did see a bounce to 160 on the 18th, made me happy.
 
You are doing absolute perfect maintenance - which impresses the hell out of me... I struggled to maintain here for ages and ended up failing...

Fail - and you end up with a whole new project to do...

Maintaining is the ultimate weight loss success story.

Maintaining successfully really is something to feel excited about...
I'd swap any day of the week.

That is great!! 10 lbs lost in a month is really good.

Me, I am just bouncing along, I expect to end August about where I began it. Which is what I wanted, so I am happy.
