Ok first I'll give my stats.
Age: 17
Weight: 160
Height: 5'11''
My workout is:
30 minutes to an hour of cardio (burning between 400-1000 calories)
And I'm following this weight lifting schedule starting this week.
It's a 4 week lifting plan. (That's just week 1 of the 4 week workout)
I'm following the 6 meals a day diet (smaller meals.)
I still have a decent amount of chub to workoff.
My main goals are to get down to 10% bodyfat(I believe I have 5-7% left to get rid of) and to have a muscular body but not be bulky(If you check the website I gave, the guy who models the workouts is about what I want to look like.)
Can anyone help? Is that a good workout routine to make medium size muscles, tone my hold body, and lose fat? I also need help with 6 small meals , I don't really know any standard meals to make.
