Now, like Matt said, I'm trying to bring on the six pack. I think once I get to 189 it will be really close assuming I don't lose any muscle. I already look better today at 197 than I did at 201 just a couple weeks ago. I have actually lost another full inch off my belly since I was 201 so that is cool but I still do have too much fat in that area. I need to lose the love handles too. Slowwwwwly but surely. My goal for measurements is to have my belly measurement slightly smaller than my hip measurement. That way, the spare tire will mathematically be gone. :cool:

P.S. Does anyone know if there is any way we can change the title of our threads that is viewable to all? Or can only admin do that? Eventually I will want to change the title just a little bit.
 
its hard to get a 6-pack.. i weigh 165 and am 6'0 tall and work my abs twice a week and still nothing.. but thats just me! hopefully you will have better l luck!!

Haha! Maybe you should get your eyes checked because I think I see a six pack on you dude! :D It might not be super duper cut yet but I can see it. I am back down to 195.5 after being a little high over the weekend but my personal trainer left so now I have to find a new one. It has been 4 weeks since I have trained really hard with a personal trainer. There is another trainer who does boxing so I think I am going to use him for my last 6 sessions over the next 3 weeks. Also, my triathlon is in early May so if I don't have a six pack after that I may never have one. LOL
