Hey ash,

I get those days to, when it feels like my stomach is indeed a black hole from some star treck movie and it just won't fill. I don't get them so often though, but when I do I also "slip" and let myself eat alot at once even though you should. Anyhow, if you don't see any "damage" on the scale then maybe its alright, but I don't like the idea of not letting yourself eat the rest of the day. Its a good thing to eat small snacks like an apple or something every 3 hours. And you can never get to much food and veggies. (at least its very hard to overdo) Well, have a nice day
 
It's that time of month again, and I've gained about five pounds. I'm not gonna weigh myself until it's over, and then I'll continue.
 
1.5 pounds further along.

I need to be careful though, tonight I'm going to a free breakfast thing at 10. So that will be my dinner.

Goal:
2:00-yogurt-150
6:00-cereal-250
10:00-breakfast-500 calories

So 900 calories
the breakfast thing is gonna be hard to count calories, and I know I'm gonna be tempted to binge. Considering just skipping it altogether. We'll see what happens.

173! I can't wait to hit 168! that's my old weight, which I haven
t seen in years!

Well done on all your hard work and weight lose! That's fantastic!

Just thought I'd give you a tip to help deal with the binges-
Try and keep as little of the unhealthy food you binge on in the house. Find snacks that you enjoy that are less processed, (like where I live it is summer so I've been buying a lot of berries for my treats). It's just that even if you don't go over your calorie total when you binge, the food is still not very benefical to you-esp if the calorie total isn't that high as it means you must be missing out on a lot of nutrients if you use junk food to fill up the total. You will sooo much better physically and mentally once you find the right balance.

So, I'm back. With an extra 10 pounds added to my starting weight.
Yup, so goes the story of the yoyo dieter. Anyhow, this time no more starvation, I'm going to do it right.

SW: 194.5
CW: 190.5
GW: 154

I would like to reach 154 because at that weight I will have a healthy BMI.
