Well Im new here, still trying to figure out how all this works... bear with me! Im 22, married to my high school sweetheart and we have 2 gorgeous boys. I was 130lbs when I got pregnant with my first son and was 177 by the time I gave birth to him. Like most new moms I figured the weight would just some how fall off... well I was wrong, I went down to 156 and stayed there for 2 years. Until I got pregnant with my second son. I watched what I ate and exercised throughout the pregnancy and managed to only gained 20 lbs which I dropped by two weeks after giving birth. I have since lost 9 more lbs and have decided to finally get serious about losing the weight! I was 153 about a month ago and now Im down to 147, I would like to be down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 130, so Ive been trying to stay with a high protein diet and exercise more often... I was planning on posting progress pictures but Im not too sure on how to do that, any help would be appreciated!!! (hint, hint)

Hey girlie! Great story! Sounds like you are doing pretty darn good already. 147 is awesome. I know the last pounds are the hardest to loose but you can do it if you put your mind to it. Stay strong! I can imagine it is difficult to manage a diet when you are probably cooking for 3 others...I'm not sure what advice to give you there but maybe cook healthy for the entire family and limit your portions. Exercise is also way important. But these are all things I am probably sure you know. Good luck to you!

You are very blessed to be married to the man you love and have two precious children with him! You are right to get that weight back under control NOW :smash:, while youth and metabolism are on your side.

Sorry I can't help with how to load photos onto this forum. I am so shockingly brain dead when it comes to 'puters. If it weren't for my DH, I am fairly certain I would still be using a typewriter! He loads all pics for me. Well, my 11 yr old is also fairly good at the tekky stuff...

Anyhoo, great start to your WL so far, and best wishes on your journey!
