Weigh in day! Last night I was thinking about it for a while, so anxious. Anyways, results were good! Came in at 310! So relieved to see a bigger number loss today. It definately pays to eat healthy.

Now I'm only 11 pounds from my mini goal, I cant wait! I can even fit into older wardrobe, again, lol. I'm thrilled. :):D
 
Just saying hi! Still here, and still following my plan regularly. Just been so darn busy as of late. Next week will be my first week of exams, so it'll be even more busy.

With some stuff I picked up from my math class, I calculated a formula that would tell me my goal weight and how long it would take for me to get there, and vice versa. The rate of loss obviously depends on my last 5 1/2 weeks of dieting.

I get some eye popping results by plugging in a few numbers, its pretty cool. It says I can get to around 200 by theend of the year, that is if I keep my current pace. That'd be amazing! But just now Im focusing on 299 ;).
 
I hate holidays! Theyre so bad and makes me get off track, lol. Last weekend was Chinese new Years. I had two days of cheating, and Im ashamed. But I'm back on my diet today. Hopefully eating bad food like that comes once a year ;).

Anyways, today is weigh-in day. Truthfully, I'd be happy as hell if I had maintained, but I didn't. I'm up 1 from last week, so it's 311 this time around. Gonna work hard to bring that down for next week.

Anyways, its Monday! I had a very good week, a lot of school work so it kept my mind off of eating bad foods.

The verdit! I came in today by weighing myself multiple times on my digital scale. 306.6 and 307.2. I'm going to take 307.2, only because 306 would make it a 5 pound drop since last week, and I dont want to have a discouraging weigh in next week if the loss or small. Or even worse, a gain!

Anyways off to take an accounting exam ;).

Just 8 pounds away from mini goal, very very exciting. I'd say probably in 3 weeks, but hopefully sooner!, Why not :).
 
Bah, man I hate weeks like these. Very distracting week, got thrown off a bit and knew I felt a tad heavy. Came in @ 307 again, so I maintained...I hope this isnt a plateau....gonna work hard to get a nice number come next week.

And nearly the end of the 1st week of March already! Time sure do fly by.
 
Another week goes by, and today's Monday.

I came in at a good number today,. since I didn't lose any last week :) 301. 301 is the lowest Ive been for quite some time. Pretty glad to see this number, now only 2 pounds from mini goal!

Yay, finally broke 300. I came in at 297 today, a 5 lb loss! Puts me2 under mini goal. I'll be back to post some more, I have a test to get to today.

Schools been so hectic, after one test I think I have time to relax, then a day later, anothe test for other classes are scheduled etc. I will try to post more, instead of limiting 1 post per week.

It was a great relief to finally break 300, such a bad number throughout the past few years but I hope I can say goodbye to it forever. :)

299 was my old mini goal, I decided I should break it up to quarters, 275, 250, 225 and 200. Seems reasonably do-able.

Its a great feeling to have your clothes feel so loose, lol....time to go shopping after I get to mini goal #1, 275 ;).

This week I wasnt so fortunate, hehe. I maintained, so still at 297. Im glad it didnt shoot back to 300. One more week til spring break and its gonna be a work filled week, hope I can make it!
 
Yay, finally some time off as Spring Break is here!

Old habits never die...but maybe it never dies for a reason...

Anyways, I weigh myself almost everyday in the morning. The past two weeks, Ive stayed at the same number and its discouraging. Am I cheating? I really dont think so, am I drinking enough water? 32 oz? Yes. Enough exercise? No...

But really nothing has changed since the week or 2 above 300, so I'm not sure why the weight isn't budging. Can it be another plateau? I'm so close to finally being able to shop at Macys, yet so far away!

Gonna try and really kick my butt for the 11 days I have off for break and hopefully the results will put a nice big smile on my face, 1 week from Monday.
 
well done on the weight loss - too low? surely thats a good thing..
anyway keep up the work .. its obviously working.

I think Im in a bit of trouble...again. 294 for the week, no loss or gain. It has been a terrible month, weight doesnt seem to budge and I know exactly the reason why, Im cheating! I have these wild urges to cheat and I hate it.

I notice that the motivation I had a few months ago is gone. I'm definately happy with 29x, but I dont wanna stay here, I'd like to drop furthur more down.

The last time this happened, I showed signs of not stepping on the scales daily, not being interested in what Im eating, and definately not thinking about my main goal. All these signals have crept up on my the past 3 weeks. This really sucks!

I just hope I can get past this and move on. :(
 
294 again. 3 weeks in a row. Boy, atleast this cheating has maintained my weight, lol. But it sucks when theres no progress.

Lately Ive been craving food a bit more than I normally would when I was on my diet...man...urges are hard to control at times.
