by may, i need to be able to carry 80 lbs for up to 13km, and run 7 km in 35 minutes. i was wondering waht kind of weight training i should do to help both of those. currently i'm going for muscular endurance, working most major muscles 3 sets of 15-12-15 reps, 3 times a week. also i'm a 19 yr f, 5'4 and 115 lbs. any ideas? can i see an improvement by may at this rate?
