i read a few times that if your trying to gain weight and size you shouldnt do any direct arm work? ive been working out for almost 2 years and gained a good 20 lbs of pure muscle but my arms are still pretty small compared to the rest of my body. i always use to train them once a week with 2 exericses and 3 sets each..should i stop training them directly for a few months? oh and i doubt it has to do with my diet because im gaining weight and getting bigger its just that my arms wont grow..
