ARGH! Help

Hi All,

Just a quick question.

I been doing cardio from mon - thurs (woulda gone friday but gym was closed!)

isit possible that within 5 days to put on 3 pounds? i have been eating correctly and easting less and im not sure why or where this 3 pounds came from...

could it be muscle??

any ideas please!!
 
LoL, pick a time of day and use that as a baseline to measure your body weight. Personally, I do it in the morning after my piss when the body is usually dehydrated and even with that, my weight will change day to day. So, I measure "true" difference by taking measurements every week (about same day / time) and the daily measurements are just for kicks.

Do this, weigh yourself right when you get up after pissing and then right before bed OR after dinner. Don't get frustrated because you "put on" 3 lbs... LoL.. I put on 7 lbs eatting Christmas with the family and lost most of it back in 2 days and all of it in 1-2 weeks. There is a difference between Weight Loss and Fat loss. You can GAIN weight and yet loss FAT; vice versa as well.
 
ah ok well i did weigh myself same time on a friday just before bed / after the end of day piss...but i think ill try saturday mornings just after the morning piss lol

i got stressed with the 3lbs cos i thought i trained well...was running like a nut case: :animal2

but ill keep that in mind...thank you for the assistance!
