Currently, I'm lifting at home where I have dumbbells and a bench. I don't have enough weight to squat like I would if I had an olympic bar and a squat rack. However, if I only work one leg at a time, I would have enough weight.
If traditional squats are better, I can use the gym at school, it's just more convenient for me to lift at home.
