I'll start off by saying that I'm 28 and have always put off doing ANYTHING physically involved. I don't know if what my lack of motivation was or what perhaps I was too preoccupied but I've never been an active person. Being a new year, I'm dedicated to getting into shape.
The curveball? I'm 5'1" and about 90 lbs, usually fitting size 0 (XS) clothes. This isn't due to me starving myself or not eating, I'm guessing it's genetics. My doctor says while I'm thin, I'm perfectly healthy although they've suggested I try to add more calories which I've started to do.
I've ALWAYS been very thin and had "chicken legs", which I've always hated. I really want nice shapely legs/thighs but don't know where to start. My apartment has stairs and I recently bought both a kettlebell and resistant bands. Any help is appreciated (sorry for the long post!).
