Being kind to yourself helps build your self-esteem & therefore helps you to feel more inclined to eat healthily & to look after your body. My challenge to myself & to anyone else is to be kind to myself every day this month. If you find yourself criticising any part of your body, stop.
Stop & then think of something kind about yourself.
