First time poster, long time reader. Just figured i would post some results, i am not a big picture person, i hate them actually, so never really took any before pics, this is the only one i could find. I went from 335lbs to 180lbs. I am 6'0 tall.
What i did basically was 0 carb w/ working out(cardio some weights). Right now i cut down on the cardio and started heavy lifting. I use Kettle Bells, Club bells, Maces, used truck tires, pull ups, push ups, sprinting, sledge hammers etc etc.
Never had any surgery, no pills. Only ate whole foods, nothing processed. Meat, poultry, fish and water basically. They call it the Paleo-diet. It is not really a diet though, because the insane amount of fat you have to eat. Its all good fat, your body burns it off, because your insulin is not spiking like when you eat grains. I wasn't sold on it until i tried it, picked up some books at barnes and nobles and i was sold. If i go into details, this post will get too long, but if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask.
