Anyone tried the No Sweat Diet?

Hi Everyone
I'm trying to find a good diet system that isn't going to cost me the earth. My Dr suggested one to me which took blood tests and then wrote a special menu based on your bloodwork, but it was way out of my price range. I've tried so many things and just feel like I'm throwing good money after bad. I've found this one called No Sweat Diet which is $25 (more like what I can afford) but I don't know anything about it. Has anyone tried it, or know anything about it? It sounds good, but I want to be sure before I try it.
Cheers
Coo

Theres very little out there on this diet. From what I've seen its VERY expensive ($27 a DAY!) AND VERY low in nutritional value. Its simply low in calories and thats why people might lose weight on this diet.

I would really take the time to read the stickies on this forum about healthy weight loss (most stickies are located in the "on topic" section) Losing weight is NOT as complicated as people make it out to be! Eat less...move more and you WILL lose weight!

:iagree:

You could really use more of your energy finding out how to eat right instead of finding out about different kinds of diets. You don't really have to pay someone to tell you how to eat. Like Korrie said, it isn't so complicated hun. Check out the forums for advice and recipe ideas on healthier eating. Research substitutes and alternatives online. Don't think you NEED a diet. All you need are healthy habits.

Becoming self-sufficient is one of the most rewarding things in life and one of the most critical aspects of healthy and long lasting weight loss. And it's Free.

HERE'S THE FACTS:
Product: 4 Week Meal Plan - 1800 Calories
Price: $783.72
here's my opinion: you'd be a fool to pay that much OR... ridiculously wealthy.
That's right... it's under $30 PER DAY.
To their credit, the food looks good. The website says you must keep it refrigerated until you use it, which means it's fresh. But again.... If you have $30 per day, you can easily afford to buy all the fruits and veggies you want, and probably hire a cook to prepare them for you. Or just join a gym, or eat at restaurants.
In my opinion, these people seem more eager to rob you of your money than to help you lose weight, even though I'm sure if you stick to the plan you can lose weight, but why?
(here's why: you have WAY too much money lying around, and you're too lazy or busy to look into a healthy diet.... probably only applicable to 80 hour a week surgeons, lawyers, CEOs, etc.)
Do This Instead:
Just buy weight watchers and/or lean cuisine stuff in your grocery store, while pricy, I can't see how this could be any more expensive.

I think this is an Australian version I was looking at - it looks new, no idea how I stumbled onto it -(link removed). I need a plan. I have tried doing this on my own and I fail every time. I'm not trying to find an easy solution (I know they don't exist) I just want something that is easy to follow, is specific and most of all works!

It's your money, but there's plenty of low calorie foods in your local grocery store's freezer section already, all you have to do is count calories.
