I heard about this program at the Complete Nutrition store in my hometown and the sales rep there spoke highly of it. It's listed at $199 but I just don't know if I really want to spend that much money on a product I don't know much about. Any help from anyone who has heard good/bad things about it would be greatly appreciated.
