Anyone my age (48) or older here?

I know a lot of you folks are in your teens, a bunch are in their twenties, a few in their 30's and Chillen is 46. So.....

does that make me the senior member at 48? It i alarming to me that most folks my age are sitting around eating bon bons and watching football on weekends and letting their bodies go to ****.

Im close enough......46----feel like a rambunctious 20 year old.

OLD with lots of "small dude" attutude---BABY!.......ROCK ON!

I am 51 - and living proof that you are never too old to get fit - I started lifting four + years ago. People I have known for years do not recognize me...

I'm 52-3/4 and been lifting off and on since I was 12.

Remember:

You are only young once, but you can be immature forever!

Age is only a number

40 is the new 30

...

I am 68 but think and feel like a 20 something

I am new to the site as of today.
I have a plan - to be completely ripped by the time I am 70!
I am a chick and last worked out in my 50,s. This time around I have been bodybuilding for almost a year and will never quit.

I am definitely gaining muscle and that is very exciting. I had a major setback last June (fell and fractured my hip and could not walk for two months). I was dancing when it happened, so I totally deserved it. My bones are strong, I just fell real hard.

I looked for role models of women in their 70,s that are completely ripped and I have found at least two so I know it can be done.

This looks like a great place to share info and ask questions. This new year is a big push year for me so I will have lots of questions.
