Personally, I just started NRoL. Literally just started. I'm in my first week. I bought it last week and it only took me about 3 days of reading to get through it. It's a great book. You'll learn a lot so I think it has more benefit than just the workouts. That being said, the workouts are based on supersets. I love doing supersets, which is part of the reason I bought it, so you could very well benefit a lot from this.
I don't know much about many others, but I have heard great things about this one.
