Hello all! I have been looking into purchasing a "rowbike" which I have heard provides an intense workout unlike any other fitness machine. A friend of mind has had one for about a month and has already seen great results with it. For those of you who dont know what it is...its a bike that combines rowing and biking (). I am wondering if anyone else has tried one or could share with me their thoughts on this...I have also heard that rowing is considered to be one of the top exersizes for a cardiovascular workout...any outputs on this??
