Any Ideas???

Hi everyone! Well I'm 19 going on 20 years old. I am 5 ft and weigh 101lbs. I need help toning my butt and thighs. I'm not fat actually fairly skinny and I dont want to lose weight that will make me look anorexic, I'm a model so I need to look fit. I have been doing a low carb diet(20 carbs or less) directed by my boyfriend. I have been doing exercises with the fitness ball and walking/run-walk. Am I going about this all wrong? I need some advice. Thanks

May I ask why you are doing a low carb diet? Eating that few carbs is very unhealthy for your body. Carbs play a vital role in our body's functioning. And if you don't want to lose more weight and look skinnier, why do it? It's harmful to the body anyway.
If you start a weight training program you can build up some lean muscle mass. You will not get huge and muscular, but you'll get a more fit looking body. You can go real slow so that you build muscle at a very slow rate and you can stop when you want to. If you have not done weight training before make sure you have someone who knows what they're doing helping you.

yes, I've never done anything like this before. I really dont know what I'm doing thats why i'm asking for help. I just tried the low-carb diet because my boyfriend suggested it. Maybe it wasnt the right way to go for me. But thanks for your help.

Stupid Atkins and his stupid diet. Try to balance your fat/carbs/proteins with something like a 30/35/35% balance. Stay away from high carb foods like candy and other junk, switch to wheat breads and brown rice.
