After reading the dos and don'ts of multi-vitamins in the Nutrition Action Newsletter (Multivitamin Maze). The vita-lea brand (w/o iron) met most, if not all, of the requirements listed of what to look for in a multivitamin.
The website stated credentials of a good brand, including testing procedures, quality assurance, etc. I placed an order last night that should arrive in a week.
Anyone have any input on these?
