be very greatfull to your advice

chris!

I don't think you'll be able to make much progress if you can't stick to a healthy diet and only have one dumbbell. If you feel strongly about losing weight and getting cut, you have to make sacrifices in your diet and buy more weights or join a gym. Get back to us when you decide to take it more seriously.

You're so mean, Spockafina ;)

Here is some bodyweight stuff that you can do and hopefully you'll pick up some more dbs or join a gym

would u be able to advise on a diet please cause i aint got a clue!!! i need to loose a little bit of weight but i need to pile on the muscle!!
cheers!!

A clean diet is very important for losing fat and building muscle. That means no processed foods, no white flour, no sugar, no trans fats - do a search on these forums for more specific things.

The more fat you have to lose, the less cheat meals you should be eating. One every 10 days or so is okay.
But like I said, so a search because there are a ton of newbie questions about this and you'll be able to find a lot of stuff.

basic diet info is 5-6 meals a day roughly 3 hours apart from each other. base each meal off protein followed by healthy carbs and fats. ;)
