How are ya? What have you been up to? I had a couple of days offline this week because I got busy and ended up without a computer/internet connection. Thank goodness i can use the internet at work.

What are your plans for the weekend? I hae to do a whole heap of chores 9clean the toilet etc.... i'm sure that burns calories doesn't it?)

I've been doing great, working out eating well. Sorry I've been offline too! Been really busy, trying to catch up on life things without getting offtrack and being unhealthy i'll be around saturday night/sunday to talk more and visit everyone's journals :D Just hang in there everyone!!
