Anti-Estrogen

i'm actually considering 6-oxo which can perm. block estrogen...

just do some research on what estrogen does for you, and take those away...

I'm not 15, I'm 17 - is 17 ok?. I just thought it would be a good way to get a better body fat % and over all help me gain the muscle I need to achieve that. Also, I was thinking about some L-glutamine, any thoughts on that? Is it effective?

probably still a little to young... i'd go with some more natrual stuff, are you taking a good multi vitamin? getting enough b6's?? stuff like that...

Yea I take centrum + 100 (or sometimes 500) mg of v b6. I also take high potentcy v b-12, like 41,000 % of dv once in a while. I probably wont do the anti estrogen thing, I can get results without it. What about glutamine, is this stuff good?

Personally I have never taken just glutamine, although the protein powder I use consists mostly of it. I'd imagine there is no need for it as long as you get plenty in your shake.

L-glutamine is still an undecided subject among the health community as far as I know. the problem's not that it does not work it's most of the gluta in powder form does not get used, although taking high amounts has been said to work quite well. one agreed apon aspect is that, this is lower on the totem pole of importance as far as suppliments go, so I guess if you have some money just burning a hole in your pocket I would say go for it, otherwise I wouldn't bother. one intresting diddy is if you just eat meat raw, you would not need this supp or creatine, BCC's for that matter. as for anti estrogen, is dependant on alot of variables. humans do need estrogen to live normaly, guys just don't need that much. in anycase your endocrine system is not fully developed yet, not by a long shot. and large variations in hormone's can effect this in a negative way. there is alot more to this subject, but im not getting into that right now. my advice would be that it's not needed.

I would say at LEAST 21 and that is the bare bare minimum to start messing with your hormones. If you really must play the testosterone game buy from a brand that you know damn well is legit. Not some cheap name that came out yesterday. I have never heard of these guys but if you can get somone to vouche for them then I suppose it's okay.

But, if you are only 17 years old you should absolutely not use this stuff. I am 23 right now and I am still waiting. After 25 is better.

Eat right, train hard, dodge the long cardio and the junk and read good books. You will live a long and fruitful life.

I'm not sure if my protein shake has any glutamine in it, doesn't say anything on it. I think I just might go for it though and buy some glutamine, can't hurt... right?

As for the cardio, I'm not running anymore, but if I go on a bike ride for fun or play some foot ball, should I eat like 100 calories more that day?
