Hi Guys,
I am newbie here, just went through this forum and decided to gave myself another try using the weight-loss-forum ways. I am starting this thread as my diary as suggested by some to keep track of myself to reach the goal. This is evening out here and i am going to start my journey from Wednesday the 30th July.
Current Stats
Weighing 278 lbs (126 KG)
Target By August end
260 lbs (118 KG)
Long term Target
165 lbs (75 KGS)
Well will be sharing what I am doing what I am not...on daily to reach the goal
Well all you out there need advice and support how to proceed towards my targets
