Hi! I'm 190lbs. and nearly 5'7'' in height. I am eager in losing weight, but I think just the eagerness itself won't help without enough knowledge. Please help me. I'm clueless of what should I do. But I already did something, i started last Thursday but I do not have any diet plan or what. You see, I'm a college student. I go to school 6 days in a week and go to gym about 3 days of those in an alternate pattern. I do the treadmill(i don't even know how much speed is needed in my case) as my stationary, for about 30 minutes. After that, I do sit-ups for about 15 reps (5 sets) then back to treadmill. Look, I just made it up and I don't know if it's correct or not. I don't know what to eat, so I just lessen the rice to 1 cup. I also don't know anything about muscle parts (or what do you call them) where "damage" (that's what they say) is inflicted during exercise. I have only a limited allowance (about $4.23 per day, about $1.14 is already spent for my transportation needs and $1.94 for the gym payment). I just wanted to lose weight because I wanted to wear nice shirts and pants but they don't seem to fit with me so I think I'm the one who's gonna adjust though (Duh!). My gym schedule is Tues, Thurs, Sat (Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sun are for studies.)

- Is 3 times a week enough for me when going to the gym?
- What should I eat? I'm clueless! Is it okay if I skip meals?
- How often should i eat meat, veggies, yogurt, and others
- Should i really work on the abs first (because of the waistline) before anything else?
- How many hours of sleep?
- What to eat when the day comes when i'm not scheduled to go to gym?
- Is there any critical time at night wherein i must be found sleeping already in order to lose weight?
- Are diet supplements effective in burning fat? how? in what way?
- Is 3 days per week just fine for gym sessions?
- I just wanted to have a 31-inch waistline (because currently, it's 40).
