Another New Me!!

Hi all
Sorry I didn't get chance to post yesterday but it was fine

2day diet Day 9 R

Breakfast: Yoghurt and raspberries
Lunch: 2 eggs, wafer thin ham, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, light mayo and balsamic vinegar
Dinner: Sardines, lettuce, cucumber, light mayo and balsamic vinegar

2nd day of restricted done for this week. Still can't get over how I don't feel hungry!!!

2day diet Day 10 NR

Breakfast: 2 slices of granary toast with light spread and marmite
Lunch: Ham, lettuce and light mayo granary sandwich and low cal crisps
Dinner: Pasta bake and salad
Snacks: 2 kit kats

Wednesday is my day off work (unless I have to work to cover others holiday etc) and it is the day after my restricted days so it was a struggle to not go mad today. I ate too much bread but that has gone now and I had 2 kit kats but I am still under my 1,550 calories so not a complete failure. I just feel kind of bad cos I wasn't gonna eat much bread :cuss: It will be easier to eat what I should be eating while i'm back at work :)

I took a photo of the dress and will put it on here when I feel confident enough to. I sorted my clothes on sunday and I have a nice little pile of jeans etc that are staring at me willing me to get back in to them!!!

The 'I've put weight back on' thing is what I hate the most. I know that others think it and they just don't say anything. You're right though, we will do this and stay where we get to. That is gonna be the real battle but we can do it :)

Kate the "I've put weight back on" thing is the thing that drives me bananas too. All of a sudden no-one is saying anything about how I look & I have seen them looking at me wondering. We must get back to where we are happy with our weight & then we must, must, must STAY there! WE WILL! Lots of love sweets. Look forward to seeing you in your new dress. At least you are brave enough to actually buy a dress!! xoxo
 
I know that feeling too well Kate... Unfortunately if I go home my family don't hesitate to tell me that I've 'really put the weight on'. All I can think is 'Thanks guys, I KNOW I've put on weight and don't need you telling me that you've noticed!' Freakin family lol.

We shall get there again!!!
 
Hey ya Kate! I hear ya on the "putting weight back on"... I've decided to nip that in the bud...I put on 6 pounds...and that may not sound like a lot, but I could feel it, and I knew it had to go... So, I'm back to my original plan with no eating after 6:00. I am counting my calories, which I didn't do before, and I've got a target to stay below 1600, not counting any "gains" from extra exercise on myfitnesspal. I'm 6 days into it and so far so good!

It's great to have "the gang' around as we get back on track. It feels so good! I gave our small chocolate bars, including Kit Kats, to our older son to take home for the GK's. They are way too tempting when they're in the pantry. I swear food 'talks' to me so I really need to have a 'clean' pantry! You're doing well Kate! I bet you feel much better after losing that 7lbs! You'll feel a little better every week. When we get to our GW's we'll do a big happy online dance xoxoxo Cate
 
Great job Kate! I think we are about the same weight now...I'll find out tomorrow when I weigh in! I'm sure you are losing faster than me...I'm so proud of you! The gang is back!

Sorry I've been AWOL. Busy birthday weekend!
Thank you for my birthday wishes :) I had a lovely weekend. Really bad food weekend but I know that I can't eat healthy all the time but I am back on track on my restricted day today!! I have a massive chocolate birthday cake in the fridge!!!!! I so want to eat it but I am going to be good and wait until Wednesday before I have any, I have the damage from the weekend to deal with first!!!!

My life is pretty crazy for weeks now........I am going to a music fesitival, so lots of food and beer!!! The following weekend I'm going camping with a load of friend......more food and beer and then the following weekend I am off to Africa where I have no control over what I get fed, I will try and be really good though. I'll get properly on it when I get back and life gets back to normal.

Africa?? Real Africa? Wow, you are just so casual...camping one weekend, Africa the next! And I thought my travel was crazy there for awhile! Stay safe, and take it easy..maybe not too many beers!
