i am back from my mums palce had a blast there,but no workouts to report:(
everyone at my mums place told me to gain some weight since i look sick to them,lol
but i know i am happy at this weight and its all that counts:)
 
Yup - stick to what YOU want. Glad you had fun in your time away... now it's time to get back into the workout groove.

i am back on my workouts from today(its thursday here already 1:15 am,waiting a friend to come online before i got to bed:))

i will be starting my slim in 6 program again today,and weights 3 times a week,
will post pics after 6 week:)

slim in 6 is mostly cardio
