Hey everyone, I'm kind of embarrassed to do this but I decided to post some before and after pics of myself. I'm currently weighing about 60-61kg and my starting weight was 81kg!!! I managed to achieve this by eating healthier, not snacking on junk and joining the gym
I am 169cm tall and I'm looking to lose another 5kg hehe. Well, here it goes, please feel free to leave me comments of advice on how to lose the last 5kg or any questions you have.
