Hey there! My name is Anne, I'm 26 years old, and I'm here because I am overweight. Well, I've been slightly overweight since junior high but the past few years I've really let myself go. I'm 5 feet 3 3/4 inches tall. In other words I'm pretty short which I think makes me look even heavier. Anyway, I'm 198lbs and my goal is to get down to at least 130 hopefully lower than that. I've tried cutting back and exercising before but I tend to give in to laziness. Eating and watching tv just seems so much more appealing. I've decided though, that this time I'm in it for the long haul. No matter how long it takes I will succeed. No more giving in for me. I think this diary will definately help me because now if I screw up the whole world can see it! Just kidding.....sort of. I hope that you all can share some friendly words of advice with a newb. After all, we're different people with different goal but when it comes down to it we're all in it together. Feel free to write.
