Hey all

I couldn't log in yesterday It was so annoying! I tried changing my password and kept getting logged out. STINK but today it seems to be working ok?

My weigh in went well. Back to where I was 2 weeks ago, and hopefully on a downward slide for a couple of weeks.

Hey cg, yeah, i'm trying to get pregnant. I've been trying for a couple of years. Done one ivf round and hoping to do more next year, want to get slimmer first because it can make a big difference. I think I find it touch when I get TOM because I'm always hoping and then let down....
 
Aww sorry to hear Ana, it makes me sad when I hear about stories like yours and then there are people out there getting pregnant that don't deserve it and can't even raise themselves. My soon to be sister in law has been trying for 7 years and now my sister has been trying and no luck. I'm sending some positive thinking your way for next month :)
Another reason besides my wedding for wanting to get healthy is to have babies one day. I want to be a healthy mom and in good shape before I start. Another reason to keep pushing ourselves!
Let's continue the downward slide together!
 
I seem to be back on the train and into the eating and exercising.

Yesterday I made it back to the gym and did a step class, as well as working in the garden and going for a small walk. I ate just under my goal calories as well. YAY

Today i've been working in the garden and will go to the gym later. I'm meeting up with friends tonight to play some music, so I need to get a good workout in before that... so I can have a glass of wine (or 2?)

SO one of my big motivations to lose weight is to be able to get into my wetsuit. I tried it on yesterday and I could zip it up!:party::party:

I couldn't move much with it on :blush5: but that's o.k because I just need to be able to get in the water and then flail around haha:smilielol5:. I'm really motivated to step it up and go hard on the exercise and eating until my holiday. Basically I've got 2 weeks to go hard!

I'm 90.5kg today.... I could be 89 in 2 weeks if I really go for it!

Mini goals.

Today - eat within cals
do a gym class and extra treadmill
work in the garden 2 hours
tomorrow
- eat within cals
do a gym class
do a yoga class
paint house for 2 hours (weather permitting).

Hey you never came back to update? How are you doing? Awesome work in getting into that wet suit! Maybe you are on vacation?? I seem to remember talk about that. Well hope you are enjoying yourself! Make sure to update when you get back! Hope all is good!

Hey Everyone

Sorry I left without saying goodbye... My life went crazy before I went on holiday. I got back yesterday after a great summer holiday I'll try to put a picture on here later.

I hope you all have been going well. I'm just about to get around and read eveyone's diaries and try to catch up.

My goal for the holiday was to not put on weight, and according to my clothes I've been successful. I think I'll be a up a little but not to much. I don't think I'll weigh in for a couple of days. I'm motivated!!! and ready to los a bit more.

So I came back on here 2 days ago.... and today I'm counting calories and evaluating my next goal.

I think I'll go for a dress size by end of feb. I'm a comfortable s16 at the moment (my arse that is... my top is smaller)... and I'd like to be a comfortable s14.

I reckon 7-10kg will do it as long as i'm going hard on the exercise as well. I'm not sure if I can quite do that in 8 weeks but a loss is a loss eh!

Tonight I'll do this weeks exercise plan. and today i'm cutting out the crap food. back to salads and fruit and vege and meat...yum!
 
Hey anna, Happy Holidays!! Glad to have you back and on track! I need some motivation to get back into the swing of things! The holidays have been tough and I am no good at saying no! Looking forward to regular posts! Keep up the hard work and that stomach roll will be gone in 2010!!

Hey all... I'm resurrecting this old diary. I haven't been here since Jan, but I really need the help.

I'm 2.5 kgs more than when I started here last time eeeek!

I need to diary my food, over eating is my downfall.

So here I am again. Starting again.

1st goal 5kgs loss, and food diary every day

2nd goal 10kg loss and 10km jog (I've been working on 5km can't do it yet though).

Good luck to us all!
 
Well I started my day as I mean to go on!

Muesli and low fat yoghurt for brekkie (and I measured it too) and a 10KM walk!!! Go Me!

I'll work out my calories at the the end of the day. Not sure of my daily calorie goal yet. Need to do some thinking and reading.

I'm happy with my day yesterday.

Food 2000cal
- exercise 800cal
= 1200 Cal. Slightly less than I planned so thats a good start.

Today is going well too. I went for an hour walk at the beach this morning and have just done an hour of gardening. I've been drinking my water too. Yay. I think I'll make soup for lunch.

I'm planning the rest of my day's food so that I don't go BAD tonight (Sat night uh oh).

It's good getting back onto this site and checking out everyone's diaries. its so motivational.

So today was another good day

I think I probably didn't make the best food choices (although the lentil soup I made for lunch was yummmbo) I came in on target for calories which is my main goal.

I also was quite active all day so I'm happy about that.

I so want to have a weigh in but I'm waiting til a week is up. blah,,, I'm happy to have made it to the end of day2.

Tommorrow's goal is the continue the calorie counting and get some good exercise again.
 
Took my dog and dad for a walk up a hill today. It was a beautiful sunny day. Spring is really here! My legs are sore after ramping up the exercise this week though. ouch.

Food's been good so far today. I've got that snack feeling coming on, so I'll have to have dinner soon and maybe an early night so I'm not munching. I think my downfall in my old (see that I called it old because this is a new lifestyle) way of eating was snacking. I always like to have food around, and once I've opened a packet of something I can't stop til its finished. There are always treats and chips in this house so I have to stay away from them.
 
So I bought a skipping rope today... it's mad I can't do more than about 60 skips because i can't....get...enough....oxygen!

I thought I'd do a little bit every evening (instead of just vegging out). So tonight i did
4x60 skips and did sit ups in between. THen I did 10 min of FAST walking while my heart rate was up and then i did some half push ups. ( I don't think I've ever done a full push up). it was actually all quite fun, and its like a baseline. I'll skip more and more every day!

I think it'll be good exercise for when I'm back at work and am feeling lazy cause I know its over quick.

I need to get a new battery for my heart rate monitor. I'm interested to see how high it went. eek

My hubby has been away and I found out today that he might be coming home early. YAY I miss him. Hopefully there'll be a little less of me at the airport when I go to pick him up. (not that he'll notice I'm sure :))

Cal today 1700 and exercise 400ish. SHould probably have another snack but think I'll wait til tommorrow now.
 
Skipping ropes are awesome! I loved mine but it really hurt my boobs so I had to stop :( sounds like you're doing well so keep it up!!
