Well I lost a little .8 lb, I now weigh 152 in the nude, lol. I did to much at the swimming pool and haven't been to the pool or the gym since Thursday before last. I am going to try and go back today. I am trying to stay with counting points and watching portion sizes. I am doing good, drinking water and eating lots of watermelon.

Today I went to the gym makes two days this week. I did 25 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the stationary bike and worked my arms. Going to try to get back to the swimming pool tomorrow, but first things first, I have to wash some clothes and clean house.
 
I didn't go to the gym yesterday, but I got out and walked a mile. I am trying hard to stay with counting points. Today I had 2 french toast with a little sugar free syrup; 2 slice of primrose bacon; two cups of coffee; 1 20oz water (6 points). Going to walk again.

Thursday I have to go to court! Our ride a way to the family graveyard was blocked and we are trying to get the ride a way back, so I have to be there.
 
I did good yesterday counting points! I am down today 151.8. I walked two miles. But I didn't go to the gym nor did I go to the swimming pool. It will be hard for me to get started back again. I used 22 points yesterday!
 
I weigh 150.8 today!

I walked Two miles yesterday and did good counting my points again, I think I have .5 points left, lol. I have two more waters to drink before I go to bed, I am have a decaf coffee after I walk today. I will be taking two days off for a break and start walking again Monday Or I may walk Sunday evening and take Monday off, because Monday is Independence Day.

Well around 7:00pm I walked two miles, but it was really too hot to walk, I should have waited until 8:00pm!

Yesterday I tried the slim fast diet! But I had to eat a little more to get in all my WW's points for the day (I had .5 points left) my weight today is 149.4.

1 slim fast 3 points; 3/4 of granola fudge bar with peanut butter, (I didn't have a slim fast bar) 2 points; 1 cup water melon 1 point; 1 slim fast 3 points; 1 sweet pepper sliced 0 points; rib eye steak, baked potato, steamed vegetables 9 points; 1 cup water melon 1 point; 1 sweet freedom fudge bar .5 points.

I walked 2 miles yesterday. :)
 
My walking two miles is becoming a habit! I have been walking two miles a day, five days a week. And I am still counting points. Today I weigh 149.6 :)

1 Granola bar 3 points; 1 can Slim fast 3 points; 1 cup of pinto beans with biscuit bread & onions 10 points (so good). 1 sweet Freedom bar .5 point; 1 can slim fast 3 points; 2 slices of 45cal bread 1 point. .5 point over. :) I was hungry

I got up hungry so I fixed two burritos

1 egg, 2 flour tortillas, 1 slice cheese, 1/2 wiener, 8 points

1/3 Granola bar 1 point

11 points left for to day!

Exercise becoming a habit is a very good thing! You're really changing your lifestyle which is the most important part. Good job and good luck with the rest of your journey :)
 
Hiya, well done on the weight loss so far! I read part of your diary, and you said that you had worked hard to get here and don't want to put it back on again, have you lost a lot of weight before?

Can't wait till I'm your weight.... siggggghhh.

Hey glad you come by to set a spell! Just when I was thinking I was not getting any visitors, I come in the door and find two visitors, so glad to have you. If I knew you were coming I would have baked a "DIET" chocolate cake, lol. Sorry I had deleted some of my diary, cleaned house.

I never was a big person growing up, I walked every where I went. But as I got older I fight to not gained weight (thyroid thing). My weight got up to 172.6 about three years ago, maybe 176 at the most. I was starting to buy size 13 and 14s in jeans and was feeling so bad about it. It was a fight to bring my weight down and it is a fight to keep it off.

I love chocolate, but not bad for cake, cookies, and pies. But I love homemade gravy, biscuits, and syrup with butter; fried potatoes, fried cornbread fritters. Sometimes I give in to these foods, that is what I was raised up eating, lol. Last week twice I cooked pinto beans and had a bowel with bread & sweet onion, so so good!!

I don't remember what you weighed, but if you set your mind to it you can lose the weight and still have a little of what you want to eat sometimes. Think portion size and exercise!

I am getting long winded here, but to let you know I was really a chocolate lover after I got married, didn't get much sweets growing up. I paid for eating so much chocolate, with migraine head aches. I can eat all I want now, with haft of my thyroid gone. I have some Hershey's milk chocolate drops in the fridge now, been there for about two or three weeks. If I crave it I have a few pieces and subtract the points for it. But I mostly save my WW's points for healthy food.

Reagan is growing and doing well! Come back and sit a spell, you hear!! :)

I am in awe that you can have chocolate in the fridge for THREE WEEKS and not eat it! You say that its a fight to keep the weight off, but you ARE winning that fight, otherwise it wouldn't still be in your house.

Well that chocolate in not in the fridge now, it got in my mouth some how, lol. Sugar free chocolate pudding was in the fridge for a week, my ds ate all but one, all that is left is Vanilla. I can't seem to lose the last 5 pound, but I am still fighting. I am like a yo yo :) My life saver is "sweet freedoms" fudge bars 70 calories for two, but they haven't been open. I stay fatigue, so I eat (I want food, not snacks). My week end was good. How was your week end by the sea? I think I went over my points today, but I am going to try and walk two miles, but it is very humid out.:seeya:

heeeee I end up eating a third peach last night and got up and weight myself at 149.6. I was able to walk last night and a neighbor's dog Katie went all the way with me. The wind was blowing but it was so humid. I took two bottles of water with me and drunk both.
 
Maybe you could go for a swim if its humid outside?

Oh dear, you made me giggle with "that chocolate in not in the fridge now, it got in my mouth some how" :) The last 5 pounds are the hardest, but you will do it, and think of how great it will feel to stand on the scales, and your goal weight flash up :)

My weekend away was great fun-wise, but terrible food-wise :( I wrote a bit of an essay on it in my diary.

To take a swim I need to go to the City Pool. The hot weather is coming back next week and I plan to spin some time at the swimming pool. We all got to laugh some times heeeee. I know I can meet my goal. I just don't know when, lol. :)

The last few days I haven't been counting points just watching what I eat and using portion size. Not wanting anything heavy to eat right now. I didn't get to walk much yesterday it started thundering, so I just came home and I didn't get to walk today. It is 89 degrees, but the humility is high (its like 105 degrees). I may have a gain tomorrow, I went way over my points today :) I weight 148.4 today.

Today

Peanut butter and honey crackers

1 peach and 1/4 cup cottage cheese
