Hi, everyone. My name is AnnaBeth. I'm 23 and a Junior in college. I'm currently studying Wildlife Management, and I hope to become a freelance wildlife researcher, or a zoo keeper.



I'm a Supernatural fanatic, and a lot of things in this diary will have quotes and just general babbling about the characters and how they have changed my life. If you're not a fan, feel free to ignore my fangirling. If you are a fan, then YAY!


A little bit about my lifestyle.


When I first started high school, I was a little chubby. By a little chubby, I mean that I was 140 pounds at 5'3". I was made fun of, and I slipped into an eating disorder. After dealing with it for a while, I began eating right again, and gained some healthy weight, becoming toned and fit. I loved running and playing softball. Basically, I was the typical athletic teenager, without the friends.


It all went down hill, as it does with most of us, when I went to college. I started school and the cafeteria was a lot easier to access than going to Walmart to buy over priced fruits and veggies...So, I gained the freshman 15. That 15 turned to 30...and then 50...and finally, closer to 100 pounds had been added to my teeny tiny body, because I hit these spells of not caring about myself.


I have struggled with self injury, and dabbled in and out of eating disorders (because it's still in my mind) but I'm finally in a place that I want to be. I want to change. I want to get healthy, but I want to do it in a healthy way.


I've already lost a pretty good chunk of weight that I'm not even believing was there in the first place, as it seems surreal that i could have ever gotten that big...I feel huge right now...


Here are my starting stats:


Height - 5'3"

CW - 184

HW - 212

LW - 98


GW 1 - 170

GW 2 - 160

GW 3 - 150

GW 4 - 140

GW 5 - 130

GW 6 - 120

GW 7 - 110

Final Goal- Somewhere around 100 (you might think this is tiny, but I'm naturally TINY...don't judge, please).



My measurements are going to be posted in an edited version of this, along with my starting pics. I hate taking pictures. So, I ask that any comments about the pics be made about my body type, and what positive can come out of it.

I hope that you're okay with following along with my process. I'm super excited to start it.


I start bright and early tomorrow morning with a Couch25k session and then tomorrow afternoon, I'm going to my gym, for some dabbling (just to get used to the machines).
