waste of money. pretty much all the androgens in there are either WAY too low to have an effect, not in a form where they are going to be absorbed, or they simply aromatize to estrogen.
If you're after an OTC androgen, you might look for some of Biotest's stuff, like Mag-10. i don't think its being made anymore, but it had a 1 year shelf life.

my mistake, mag-10 had to be discontinued because the FDA decided it was illegal. If i recall, animal stack was changed to stay legal, so it likely contains nothing of value but vitamins you'd find in any multivitamin.
In fact, in trying to search for Animal Stak, I see it too was discontinued by the manufacture as of April 1, 2005.
save your cash and just buy more chicken. otherwise your only real option is to locate some gear...and I don't think this forum allows discussions on that. Might try

besides gear what else is good ? im looking to spent under 40$
