Nice! That's the good part of weighing once a week. All the daily fluctuations are accounted for and you only see real losses and gains. Way to go! :hurray:
 
hey I lost a bunch of weight this week. Well last week I gained about a pound. So I didn't post anything. I ate a lot of rainbow cookies! I love them so much and I couldn't help it. But I am excited to get back to my weight lost. So today i weighed in at 151.7 not bad right? I am almost out of the 150's. I am 10.5 pounds away from a normal weight range. I can't believe that. Oh and also I posted Before and After (inbetween) pictures. check them out!!

I'm around 186 ish and I want to get to 140. It's amazing you're in the 150's!!! :D
 
Oh my god, I totally fell right off that wagon! i gained 4 pounds. But I am back on once again. I am going away for school so I want to look good in September. So here I go again. I think I have about 30 pounds to lose. So I am halfway now. I will keep you guys updated.
 
Wow we are like on the same journey, I am excited to be starting out the around the same weight as someone and have similar goals! Congrats on the 33 pounds already lost!
