2.3 pounds lost! woohoo:willy_nilly: I've been under the weather. So I haven't really been working so hard this week. But I had no appetite lately. Everyone has been noticing my weight lost. It really feels good when someone tells me how good I look. I notice it too, but mostly in my face, and my waist line. PS. I having so much trouble finding my size at the stores, I don't what it is anymore.
 
Great to see you are feeling better. It's always a great week when you can lose weight without working out. Kinda shows you how important eating really is.

Dont worry about the clothes your body is still adjusting to the loss. You will be fine. I went through a lot of the same problems. I used to HATE clothes shopping. Deep down i knew it was because of my self image. Now I cant get enough, love shopping for clothes that are actually in style and fit right.

yep I totally agree about eating, I use the biggest loser aspect of eating. I eat 1200 calories a day. I see that number almost like money. When i run out of "money" i dont eat anymore. It seems to be working for me.
 
sunday weigh in. im feeling great and i am almost out of the 160's. ok well im off the walk my dog.
 
hey just stopping by to tell you the chocolate PB fudge recipe you sent me was amazing. Thanks again!!!

Also, kick ass job on the weight loss. Keep it up.

When you say "safe" i assume you are saying healthy. Probably not the best choice. Is it good for a treat, absolutely. All about moderation. I'm sure Ania wont mind me posting the info. I did use natty PB instead of the reduced fat.

one 18.3 box betty crocker brownies traditional brownie mix
2 cups canned pure pumpkin
2 tablespoons reduced fat peanut butter at room temperature

Directions

preheat oven 350

combine pumpkin with brownie mix and stir

spray a 9 by 9 pan with non stick spray, pour in batter and spoon peanut butter on top and swirl with a knife

bake for 35 mins(the batter will look undercooked..dont worry!!)
Allow to cool
Then put in the fridge for at least 2 hours

MAKES 36 SERVINGS

PER SERVING:1 peice
65 cals
1 g fat
57mg sodium
14g carbs
1 g fiber
9 g sugar
1 g protein
 
yea i totally given up on the reduced fat PB. I hate it. ugh, i just came to terms with that. So im going with all natural PB. It tastes great and in moderation it isnt that bad for you. healthy fats.
 
I'm a big fan of the peanutbutter. Love my PB&J sandwiches. I haven't tried the reduced fat PB; I only go with the all natural. You have to be careful, though. Many all natural contain palm oil or such, shich is really not good for you, but still natural. If there is a Trader Joe's near you, thier's is just peanuts and salt. Schmuckers is that way, too, but more expensive.
 
Sooo..2.5 pounds lost this week. Considering Thanksgiving, i think I did pretty well. I went to the Islanders game on sat and ate half of a soft pretzel with mustard. On thanksgiving I ate a little more then my calorie range. But hey man..I didnt go crazy. Oh btw, Islanders won!!:hurray:
 
i only lost .9 of a pound. i didn't really exercise because of school. im almost done with this semester. well it is just a week. at least i didn't gain a pound. btw i am in the 150's though!!
 
Hey i lost 4.6 pounds since last week. Holy crap!:willy_nilly: But last week i only lost less then 1 pound. School has been really really crazy! but i am like almost done. But i hope everyone is doing good and all. You guys rock!! ps. i am more then halfway to my goal. i cant believe it.
